Food

I love food! Who doesn't? I hope to share some of the yummy food that I've sampled during my travels.

In my free time, I like to test out recipes that I see on my Facebook. I would like to share some of my favourite recipes here.

Travel

In 2023 alone, I've had the good fortune of visiting Japan four times, to experience winter in Feb, spring in Apr/May, summer in Jul and autumn in Nov/Dec. I would like to share my itineraries to catch the Sapporo Snow Festival, the Snow Wall Festival, the wisterias and the lavender fields. All these are free & easy trips on my own using the public transportation system in Japan.

Gardening

I'm blessed to have a nice garden where I have a collection of herbs. I would like to share my concept of from the garden to the table.

Since July 2021, I've been raising fund for my Indonesian helper who is a single mum struggling to put 3 kids through school.
